President's Message — July 2025

Hello to all. I am so happy and proud to announce our new LCRLEOA Newsletter. This is brought to you, by no small part, from the efforts and talent of our board member Richard Mar. Now we will have another source of information for all of our members—what we have done and what we are going to do. The future is bright with growth and expansion. I am so honored to serve as your president. 

I am constantly amazed of our association. Things we are doing like scholarships, cookouts, cigar socials, beer tasting, weekly breakfast gatherings, toy drives, pistol matches, assisting local law enforcement, the list goes on. The talent of our membership is amazing, and there is still more we have not yet realized. 

Since joining, the one thing that struck me is despite our membership being from all over this great country, from Washington to Florida and Maine to California (I don't know of any members from Alaska or Hawaii yet), coming from federal, state, county, city, and local agencies, we all have so much in common with each other. The biggest difference I can see is our accents.

Again it is such a honor to be your president, and a honor to be a member.
