OUR STORY

Low Country Retired Law Enforcement Officers (LCRLEOA) is a community of retired law enforcement officers who have chosen the Low Country as their home. We are dedicated to giving back to the law enforcement community and supporting each other in our retired life.

OUR MISSION & VISION

MISSION

LCRLEOA cultivates a spirit of fraternalism, friendliness, and mutual helpfulness among the members, the people of the community, and the local, county, and state law enforcement agencies. LCRLEOA shares, exchanges, and promotes information relating to the charitable work of the association to benefit the spouses and children of Law Enforcement Officers disabled or killed in the line of duty.

VISION

The LCRLEOA comprises a group of retired law enforcement officers who reside, work, and are part of the Low Country Community. Our History

In 2008, Beaufort County had an influx of retired cops moving to the Low Country. A dedicated group of retired police officers committed themselves to organizing the Low Country Retired Law Enforcement Officers into an association, and then into a Limited Liability Corporation.

Today, our association has evolved into a 175-member 501(C)3 nonprofit charitable organization.
